Event: A Carla-bration! A celebration & fundraiser for beloved singer, musican and actor, Carla Zilbersmith.
Our dear friend Carla was recently diagnosed with ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig's Disease. While facing extraordinary challenges Carla continues bring a charismatic and witty charm to her musical and stage productions. Carla will perform music from her new CD, Extraordinary Renditions . She'll be joined by an exceptional line-up of musical talent, including famed musical satirist Roy Zimmerman, internationally renowned bassist Kai Eckhardt, the Michael Zilber-Billy Collins Project with Andy Kirshner and Teslim. More than 30 musicians will be part of the celebration. The evening will be hosted by comedian David Allen Moss. There will also be a live auction of 4 tickets to a Giants game, along with an on-field meet and greet with pitcher Barry Zito.
